Guess what, imo master and commander is one of the most boring movies ever made. I wouldve fallen asleep if I was lying down. Ok spent an hour busting my balls with my agnitum problem (refer below)... A transit packet is one where neither the destination nor source IP addresses match those of any network interface (i.e. the network packet is passing through the system to somewhere else). Such packets are blocked (with the reason "Block Transit Packets" given in the Outpost log). (agnitum forum). I discovered if I created a rule for each ip/site, it will connect, but its very annoying ie my dad needs to google and he cant go to the search results so I have to either let him use my pc or have to create a zillion rules for each site he wants to visit...IF anyone knows a way to get around this without needing to create a rule for each ip lemme know!

Found a fbb dc++ hub: madhub.shacknet.nu its really kewl cos u can queue up 1000s of pix, watch a movie and then check back and all done lol. sure beats browsing ngroups... Only problem 4 me is that u need to have 2gb of fbb stuff or be kicked/banned so I was like busting my balls dling all the fbb stuff I could find lol. Found a clip over 1gb so I started on that hee hee

Guess what, Im watching scarface on tv and a lot of the songs in it are the songs in the car radio when u play grand theft auto 3 lol. Even the cars and buildings from the game look like the ones in the movie :0 Its got some good oneliners like "Don't get high, on your own supply" hee hee Just installed regsurpremepro 1. pretty kewl little soft. Its like the jv16 dude is now bringing back all those old features we used to love (but trying to charge xtra$$$ :p)

I like this lovely soft called Offline explorer (old version from 9down cos they reliz new build every day) cos I can dl all text/html sites from websites so I can read later when im bored :) It has filter so u can filter out any file u don't want eg movie, audio or other large files. Try it on my "fun" link above to test it! If u were to do it manually by right click save as or other means for the 1000s of linx, your hand would be so tired u wont have energy to play with joystick :) plus it relinks the links so it points to those dled files :) ps the fun link is very educational and is full of survival skills :0

Ok my little request for help, i connected my dad's laptop to my pc and we are both using xp and without my agnitum firewall everything works fine ie he can use my internet connection etc... But when I turn on my agnitum firewall, theres a msg about a http request but it doesn't go through to the internet. I need someone to tell me what rule I have to modify to get it through so please help. Note I have enabled his ip and a range of ports that his laptop uses to connect. I just don't know where to fix this http request.. also is there a log of the xp/2k3 windows startup chkdsk? cos it goes so fast on boot I cant see what it has fixed/repaired .

while im talking about security, I just couldn't resist (I swear ill never touch a "normal" mcafee app again unless my kaspersky lic runs out and ill install enterprise) installing the gay mcafee antispyware soft and the motherfucker left behind a whole bunch of shit and in particular the gay mcafee securrity center which u can never uninstall by normal means. (Which is why im totally against the mcafee antivirus pro and home versions... Also they fuking use activex and cookies which im also against)...then I googled and found this useful info (which worked):

Here's a 'work-around' in dealing with Security Center:

Right click on the "M" and choose Exit.
Click Yes to exit Security Center.

Right-click on Start | click on Explorer
Open C:\program files\mcafee.com\agent\apps
Remove (delete) all .adf files.
Close the window.

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
Double click McAfee Security Center.
Follow the instructions to uninstall Security Center.

while that removes the annoying security center from startup, one thing is left in your c documents and settings ... temp folder called 2004.._mcinfo.exe which u need to boot into safe mode to get rid of.

mp2k has bling bling for 1.5 it shows u useful details eg I discovered that Advanced uninstaller pro 2k4 is running as background process and taking up 26mb of memory (i used sn to install aup) so I uninstalled it lol. So security task manager is a very nice little soft. Fyi normally win explorer itself only uses 35mb of memory on my pc lol anyway why am I reviewing this old soft, well its the only one I found that could terminate that gay mcafee left behind file 2004...mcinfo.exe without having to boot into safe mode so I can delete it outta the temp folder :)

Ok b4 I forget, mozilla firefox is definitely the best browser ever, I just found out there is a plugin called "textlink" that u can dl off official site and it acts like rcgoogle in internet explorer ie u can open text links by right click :) If u havent tried firefox, u really should, its the fastest browser ever (after applying the tweak)... Today I went through hell cos I had to rush from one doctor to another. Today im pretty happy cos I found a bunch of finance ebooks on technical analysis... Its the last subject in my course that I will be doing next semester. U know for a moment, I thought Miss USA was gonna kiss Miss Australia when they were down to the final 2 lol (they were hugging each other and looking into each other's eyes :) Bas Rutten also has a MMA workout collection which comprises of audio and a video for boxing and muay thai so u can warm up tae bo style :) Windvd 6 is pretty kewl cos it has a nicer interface and pretty good sound. Some ppl say the video quality isnt that good though. Finally got around to removing msn ad. Found a few other msn msgr related goodies too :) and of course I dled the Avril lavigne display icons so u will be seeing her lovely picture instead of my current one lol http://www.mess.be/ I found a lovely article in dc++ (I have only reproduced a few paragraphs and take no responsibility in any actions u may try on your friends... This file will teach you how you can kill another person with your own two
hands. The information presented here will be very helpful to the beginner and
will also serve as a refresher for those of you already familiar with the
subject.

I will start off by talking about basic things such as stance, what you should
and shouldn't do when fighting and other information that the beginner will
need to know. Then, I will give you a list of over 20 vulnerable points that
one should always try attacking in a fight along with the way these points
should be attacked. Finally, I will give you some more fighting tips and
information on how you can continue learning about hand-to-hand combat.

Aggressiveness
--------------
Always be aggressive and always attack. Don't just stand back and defend
yourself against the enemy's strikes as he will end up killing you eventually.
If you are not aggressive, the enemy will think you are scared and he will have
an advantage over you.

A great thing to do is yell at the enemy. This will scare the shit out of him
if you start yelling at him and plus it also allows you to get more oxygen in
your lungs so you will have more strength.

Since you now know the basics of fighting, let me list for you the best places
where you should strike your enemy.

Temple
------
A sharp blow to the temple ensures instant death since there is a large artery
and nerve located close to the skin surface. If you give a medium blow to the
temple it will cause severe pain and concussion but a hard blow will kill the
enemy instantly. The best way to strike the temple is with the knife edge of
your hand or if he is on the ground you can kick him with the toe of your boot.

Eyes
----
The eyes are a great place to strike if you can since a good strike in the eyes
will cause temporary or permanent blindness. To blind the enemy, make a "V"
shape with your fore finger and second finger and stick them into his eyes

while keeping your fingers stiff. Also, you can gouge the eyes with your thumb.

Nose
----
The nose is another excellent place to attack. Hit the bridge with the knife
edge of your hand and you will cause breakage, severe pain, temporary blindness
and even death. Or you can use the palm of your hand to strike upwards and push
the nose up into his brain. If done hard enough the nose bone will puncture his
brain and he will die.

Upper Lip


---------
The upper lip contains a lot of nerves close to the skin surface so if you
strike it with the knife edge of your hand it will cause great pain and if
delivered hard enough he will become unconscious.


Mouth
-----
If the enemy is on the ground, use the heel of your boot and strike him on the
mouth. Since there are a lot of veins and arteries in the teeth there will be a
lot of blood which will frighten the enemy and he will lose concentration on
defending other parts of his body.

Chin
----

The chin should only be struck with the palm of your hand as you can break your
fingers on the enemy's chin. Use the palm of your hand and strike the enemy
with a very strong upward blow. This will cause extreme discomfort.


Adam's Apple
------------
Usually the enemy will defend this part of his body well but if you do get the
chance give it a sharp hit with the knife edge of your hand. If you hit it hard
enough you will bust his windpipe and he will die. You can also squeeze the
Adam's Apple between your fingers.

Esophagus
---------
If you have a chance to get a hold of his neck, press your thumbs into his
esophagus (located below the Adam's Apple). Pushing hard will be very painful
and it will block the oxygen flow to his lungs and he will die quickly.

Neck
----
If you give a very strong blow to the base of the neck with the knife edge of
your hand you will usually break it. However, if it is not hard enough, the
enemy might just be knocked unconscious so be sure to hit him in the temple or
twist his neck around to be sure he is dead. The neck is the best place to hit
someone if you want to be quiet as it is quick and the enemy goes down without
a word.

Collar Bone
-----------
The collar bone is an extremely sensitive part of the body. A sharp blow to it
with the knife edge of your hand or your elbow gives the enemy excruciating
pain. Also, digging your finger into the collar bone can bring your enemy to
his knees.

Shoulder
--------
The shoulder is easy dislocated and it takes little strength to do. However, it
should be done quickly. Grab the enemy's arm and pull it behind his back and

then jerk it upwards quickly. You should here a popping sound which means you
have dislocated the enemy's shoulder. There are other methods of doing this but
this is the easiest.

Armpit
------
Although it is hard to get at, the armpit has a large network of nerves. If the
enemy is on the ground, hold up his arm and then kick him in his pit. This will
cause severe pain. However, it is not a very common place that will be struck
in a fight but is good to keep in mind anyways.

Rib Cage
--------
A strike to the rib cage with your fingers folded at the second knuckle is
rather painful and if done hard enough causes severe pain and breakage. Only
use your fingers folded at the second knuckle since that hurts the most.

Solar Plexus
------------
The solar plexus is located on the chest at the little "V" shaped point where
the rib cage ends. There are a large amount of nerves so a blow with the
knuckle of your second finger can cause severe pain and even unconsciousness.

Floating Ribs
-------------
The floating ribs are the lower ribs located at the front and sides of the
enemy's body. Use the knife edge of your hand or the heel or toe of your boot.
The blow will cause pain and will stun the enemy.

Spine
-----
A blow to the spine with the heel of your boot can paralyze or kill your enemy.
The lower spine between the enemy's kidneys is the best place to hit as that is
the least protected part of the spine. You will only be able to attack the

spine when your enemy is on the ground or if his back is turned to you.

Kidneys
-------
The kidneys have two large nerves that are close to the skin surface. If you
strike the kidneys hard it will cause death. You can use a fist or the knife
edge of your hand to hit the kidneys. Or a kick with the heel of your boot will
work too.

Groin
-----
The groin is a good place to strike if you get the chance. Generally, the enemy
will protect this area the most but if you have a chance, strike it with your
knee in an upward motion or with your fist. I'm sure you can imagine the pain
the enemy will get from it.

Tailbone
--------
The tailbone which is located above the anus is a very sensitive part of the
body as a lot of spinal nerves are located there. Use the toe of your boot to
strike the tailbone. The pain from that is unbelievably severe.

Elbow
-----
The elbow is easy to break or dislocate. Pull the enemy's arm behind him and
with the palm of your hand push his elbow inwards until it either cracks or
pops. When the enemy has a useless arm, you have a great advantage over him.

Fingers
-------
The fingers should be broken because the enemy becomes almost helpless with
broken fingers. Grab the enemy's arm with one hand and with the other hand push
the fingers upwards until they snap. It is only necessary to break the first
two fingers. It is also helpful in breaking a grip.

Knee

----
You can destroy the knee by kicking it with the side of your boot in an upward
motion. This will rip the ligaments and the cartilage. This will cause
unbelievable pain and make it impossible for the enemy to move around. Once a
knee has been ruined, you will have a great advantage over the enemy.

Ankle
-----
If the enemy is on the ground, get a hold of his ankle and twist it until it
snaps. This will make it almost impossible for him to walk and he will then be
easy to kill.

Let me talk about some more important things you should remember when you are
fighting somebody.

Tactics
-------
Always try to throw your enemy off balance. You can do this by charging the
enemy and pretending to strike him. This will make him flinch and lose his


balance.

Always look for a weak spot and attack it. Whenever he leaves a vulnerable part
of his body unprotected attack it with all your strength. By doing this, he
will then try to protect the part of his body that you just struck thus leaving
even more unprotected parts open.

Use any available object that you can. By this I mean throw sand in his eyes,
block his strikes by hitting him with a large branch, or any other kind of
available material that can be used as a weapon against him.

Foul Play
---------
In a life or death situation there is no such thing as foul play and there are
no rules either. Although hitting someone in the groin is considered a cheap
shot in high school, it is a very effective way of destroying your enemy. Just
hit him where you can and kick him when he's down. That way, he will never get
back up again.

Mozilla Optimizer (1.6.2) freeware is a tool which optimizes Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape settings in order to considerably boost page loading. Ok my road to recovery continued, I got my stiches removed last nite... If you're running ZoneAlarm Pro you will probably have considered that most of the "advanced" settings might as well be in Urdu for all the use they are. User friendly they ain't!
If you are not on a LAN (connected to another computer in a network) you can use this guide to give your firewall some real muscle and a new lease of life:
Launch ZoneAlarm Pro and click to highlight the "Firewall" tab on the left hand side . In the pane that appears on the right hand side in the section "Internet Zone Security" set the slider control to "High" Then click the "Custom" button in the same section.
The next settings page is divided into two sections with tabs Internet Zone and Trusted Zone at the top of the page. Under the Internet Zone tab there is a list of settings that can be accessed by scrolling. At the top is the high security settings and the only thing that should be checked from there is "allow broadcast/multicast". The rest should be unchecked.
Scroll down until you get to the medium security settings area. Check all the boxes in this section until you get to "Block Incoming UDP Ports". When you check that you will be asked to supply a list of ports, and in the field at the bottom of the page enter 1-65535
Then go back to the list and check the box alongside "Block Outgoing UDP Ports" and at the bottom of the page enter 1-19, 22-79, 82-7999, 8082-65535
Repeat this proceedure for the following settings
"Block Incoming TCP Ports": 1-65535
"Block Outgoing TCP Ports": 1-19, 22-79, 82-7999, 8082-65535

Then click "Apply", "Ok" at the bottom of the page.

Back in the right hand "Firewall" pane go next to the yellow "Trusted Zone Security" section and set it to "high" with the slider. Click "Custom" and repeat the above procedure, this time choosing the Trusted Zone tab at the top of the settings page.
These settings will stop all incoming packets at ports 1-65535 and also block all pings, trojans etc.
This will also stop all spyware or applications from phoning home from your drive without your knowledge!

Now why am I talking about this, well it calls home for one. Lukily its makers are not very good so even though it shuts itself down after it calls home, you can block the exe with agnitum or your firewall and all is sweet the next time u run it. (which means obvously u cant use it to ftp or its built in internet browser lol) its interface is nice as u can see in the pix on the site, it looks like m$ office2003. Its got lots of kewl features in terms of apperance eg instead of showing my 20 partitions all across the place on top of both panes (it has dual pane view :), u can change so its in a drop down combo box. Dawn of the dead 2004 7.5/10, this is a pretty interesting twist on your old zombie movies, while it doesn't say how it started in the movie, these zombies are like much faster than the ones u saw in "night of the living dead", in fact they chase you like rabid dogs! While it is a low budget film, I quite enjoyed it, ie it kept me interested enuff I could stand up watching it the whole movie (when im bored I lie down lol) That Steve shit guy reminded me of the lamer guys in "The apprentice" reality tv show ie doesn't do shit but wants to stay on till the end... Just finished watching season finale of my fav reality show paradise hotel :) Keith splitting $$$ with Tara was expected as was Charla's selfish decision to keep the $$$ (after it was revealed to us they could split $$$) Dave's face speaks 1000 words ie he doesn't have a good poker face lol. Finally finished watching Van Helsing, its a great movie, 8/10 For those of u who are wondering, the ts is pretty good. It was just the start that looked green and mouldy, the rest is as good as any other ts. The audio is also perfect quality (no hissing lol).... The quote of the movie is:

This movie is interesting in that Hugh Jackman plays a werewolf similar to when he was wolverine in xmen and kateypie plays a vampire slayer like in her last movie which had wolf vs vampire. The technology is also quite interesting eg the light bomb was also featured in a past vampire movie. The interesting spin on vampire things is that if u kill the original vampire, all the little vampires that he made will die too. I never saw that b4... Its interesting how they make up the vampire stories as more movies/tvshows are made... And yes I wanna be a vampire and live 4eva :)))

Ok little review: Quicken 2004 is like 100x better than m$ money 2k4 cos even though it doesn't do australian tax, the stock prices can be input manually. Therefore I can do my own profit calculations and see my total $$$ :) Note both are relized in 2003 but called 2004. btw hitman contracts is a really short little game, its very fun but you have to do things in the right sequence or you may be trying forever. Apparently a sequel is already in the works (hitman 4). I havent cheated once apart from read the walkthru lol. its quite frustrating cos u have a limited amount of saves and its like u forget and run out :0 anyway this little game is VERY enjoyable (i liked it more than splintercell 2 which im still playing) cos u can do it either via stealth a la splinter cell style or do it like a first person shooter :) gamefaqs don't have much walkthrus (note I only use the walkthrus to see what I could have done differntly to get total stealth rating, normally I give up and just shoot my way to the end lol)...
